Misscammodel.com Review Part 3

OK, so it too over a week to get the lounge back up and running. The admin of the site appears to be making some updates, but how long will this go on? Since the chat lounge has been brought back, it appears that only a small handful of people are using it. The regulars that were initially using it appear to have abandoned the site. This could be speculation, but time will tell. For now, it will just be a quiet observance.

Misscammodel.com Review Part 2

So it has been 3 days since my last review of the website misscammodel.com. It seems that the admin of the website announced that some major updates are going to be made; however, they were experiencing technical difficulties. What is interesting to note, is that the broken chat lounge was being use to vent about issues with pay and other aspects of the website. Some members used the very basic blog system to vent about the website, but I noticed that some of the blog entries that were posted were taken down the day after. To make a long story short, it appears that the admin of the site decided to disable the lounge and erect a maintenance page instead.

So now, the most important part of the website, the chat lounge, has been taken down. This was the one part of the entire website that kept members entertained. Since this happened 3 days ago, no one seems to be communicating and the blogs seem dead. Although, the membership of the website is still high, the number of people that are actually on the site in a very small percentage. Will there be any updates next week? Who knows, but if this does not get fixed soon, it may be the end of the website. We'll see what happens next week.

Miss Cam Model Website Review

Not too long ago Misscammodel.com was launched. It's purpose was to be a social network for camgirls from any cam site. The concept itself was great; however, the reality is not living up to expectations.

When it was first started in January this year, the site was nothing more than a forum. By February, it was a fully fleshed out website with blog, chat lounge and messaging capabilities. The number of members grew fast which caused many slow downs and at times it seemed like the website crashed. Since those difficult times in February, the website improved, but not for long.

Now there is a new dilemma, the website isn't being updated or the person in charge isn't maintaining the existing site. There also seem to be some internal problems with paying out models. I think the owners of the site were trying to grow the site too fast and they tried to turn it into a Camsite instead of the social network it was intended to be. If they wanted to build a Camsite, then maybe a sister site would be much better. The social network concept could have been thought out more and improved.

For now, the website has come to a standstill. The updates seem none-existent and the chat lounge, which seemed to be the one part of the website that was keeping it afloat, is practically dead. The most important features which bring members to the site are not being taken care of and it is a shame that such a good idea should come to a stall. Maybe the site will get better in the future, but for now, it is not worth visiting.

If you are a member of myfreecams then you will know that you automatically have a profile. It may not be enabled; however, but you can enable it and start to fill in some details. Although it is not the greatest page on the web, you do get some basic customization options. But for the experienced css designer, you can take your profile even further if you know the class names and just a bit of code.

This is not the complete list, but the names of the classes which dominate your Myfreecams profile. Writing some code with these names will result in changes on your profile. With this information, it should be much easier to start some advance coding on your profile.
